What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is 3pm the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am the day of departure.

Can I get an early check-in or late check-out?

Early and late arrivals/departures are not allowed in the summer months. During our off season you may ask a few days ahead of time and if it can be worked in with our hospitality team, we are more than welcome to accommodate your request.

What are your booking terms?

We require 50% down to reserve your dates. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Do you have an age limit to book?

We require our guests to be 25 years of age.

Do you take direct bookings?

Yes! You can book here on this site or contact us for help in securing your reservation.

Do you have Wifi?

Yes, there is private secure wifi. Password given one week prior to arrival.

Where is the closest grocery store?

There is a Dollar General on the island. However, for your large shopping there is an HEB Plus and Walmart Super Center off Flour Bluff Drive about 10 minutes away from our properties.

How far are you from the beach?

All of our properties are just blocks off the beach about a  3-5 minute easy walk.

Can you drive on the beaches in North Padre Island?

Yes, you can! To drive and park on the beach you will need a beach permit, which you can buy at the Stripes on the island.
